Using SnailCard
SnailCard lets you turn your phone photos into real postcards that we print and mail via USPS. By using SnailCard, you agree to these terms.
You must be 13 or older to use SnailCard. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Your content
You own the photos and messages you create. By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to produce your postcard.
You are responsible for the content you send. You may not use SnailCard to send:
- Harassment, threats, or hate speech
- Illegal content of any kind
- Content that infringes on someone else's intellectual property
- Sexually explicit material
- Spam or unsolicited bulk mailings
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates these guidelines.
Pricing and payment
Postcards are currently free, which includes printing and USPS first-class postage.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD. We may offer promotional pricing from time to time.
Delivery
We mail postcards via USPS first-class mail. Estimated delivery is about a week within the US. We currently ship to US addresses only.
We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by USPS or incorrect addresses you provide. If your postcard is returned to sender, we'll contact you to arrange a resend or refund.
Refunds
If your postcard is returned due to an undeliverable address, or if there is a printing error on our part, we'll offer a resend or full refund. Contact us within 30 days of your order.
Postcard orders cannot be cancelled once submitted for printing, which typically occurs within minutes of order placement.
Account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Contact us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
SnailCard is provided "as is." We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll update the date at the top. Continued use of SnailCard after changes means you accept the updated terms.
